Registration
The office must receive the registration fee prior to attendance or placement on the waiting list.
- Registration fee for the Infants room prior to the birth of the child is the first week payment plus $50 and this total is non-refundable.
- Registration fee for all other rooms is $50, non-refundable.

Full Time - $200
Half Time - $140 - Twos
Full Time - $180
Half Time - $130 - 3’School (3yrs)
Full Time - $175
Half Time $125 - K-4 (Pre-K- must be 4 years old before 9/1)
Full Time - $165
AM Half Time - $115
PM Half Time - $100
Time of Attendance:
- Full Time 6:00 am to 6:00 pm – based on a ten-hour average day
- Half Time 6:00 am to 12:00 pm OR 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Premium Time
- Arrival time between 6:00 - 6:15 am - $1.00 additional fee
- Arrival time between 6:15 - 6:30 am - $1.00 additional fee
Late Pick-up Charge
We close at 6:00 pm sharp. We are not licensed to operate after 6:00 pm. A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for pick-ups after 6:00 pm. Continued late pick-ups may result in expulsion from the program.
Unique Program Benefits
Meals/Snacks
We provide at no extra cost breakfast and lunch through our Christian Life School Cafeteria hot lunch program. We provide healthy snacks twice a day ~ morning and afternoon.
Diapers
We provide diapers at no extra cost for our Infants, Younger Ones, Older Ones and Twos Rooms.
Sick Credit
Sick credit is dependent on being absent at least two school days and having a doctor’s slip upon return. The doctor slip must include the beginning and ending date of the illness. Sick credit is given for Preschool/Day Care only not Extended Care or Day Camp. There is a maximum of two weeks of sick credit per incident.
Vacation Day Credit
Ten days vacation credit is given each anniversary year, after attending for an initial six months. Vacation Credit Request forms must be submitted before credit will be given.
Preschool/Childcare Discount
A discount of 15% will be given for each additional child from the same family. The discount will be given to the child with the lower rate. This does not apply to an additional child in the Extended Care or Day Camp programs.
Payments
Payment for the week is due at the beginning of the week. No child will be accepted owing two weeks or more on their account. Rates are subject to change, as Administration deems appropriate.
Withdrawal Policy
Any changes in scheduling or withdrawal must be made through the Child Development office. Parents are required to give a two-week notice of withdrawal or charges will continue. This notice must be given in writing to Stephanie Tennyson, the Administrative Director.
