Time of Attendance

Extended Care

• 6:00 am to 7:45 am and 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm on regular school days
• 6:00 am to 7:45 am and 15 minutes past the time of early release to 6:00 pm on early release days.*
• 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on School Off Days – full days no longer than a ten-hour day.*

Day Camp

• 6:00 am to 6:00 pm - Full days no longer than a ten-hour day.

Regular School Days

Application on file in Child Development Department

Early Release Days, School Off Days

Application on file, AND parent sign-up (no call-ins accepted) on the door of the Extended Care Room. The sign-up sheet is posted one week prior.

Christmas/Easter Breaks

Application on file, and Planning Schedule (sent home with each elementary child with the school weekly newsletter) returned to Child Development office.

School Age Programs

Extended Care

3:15 – 6:00 pm @ $2.00 per half hour.

Summer Day Camp

20 hours or less @ $2.00 per half hour 21 hours or more @ $155 per week, which includes five days paid vacation

Premium Time

• Arrival time between 6:00 - 6:15 am - $1.00 additional fee
• Arrival time between 6:15 - 6:30 am - $1.00 additional fee

Vacation Day Credit

Five days vacation credit is given each summer, for Day Camp Weekly Enrollment. Vacation Credit Request forms must be submitted before credit will be given.

Day Camp Discount

A discount of 15% will be given for each additional child from same family that is enrolled in the Day Camp Program. The discount will be given to the child with the lower rate. This does not apply to more than one child in the Extended Care program or the Preschool or Day Care Program.

Late Pick-up Charge

We close at 6:00 pm sharp. We are not licensed to operate after 6:00 pm. A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for pick-ups after 6:00 pm. Continued late pick-ups may result in expulsion from the program.

Payments

Payment for the week is due at the beginning of the week. No child will be accepted owing two weeks or more on their account. Rates are subject to change, as Administration deems appropriate.

Withdrawal Policy

Any changes in scheduling or withdrawal must be made through the Child Development office. Parents are required to give a two-week notice of withdrawal or charges will continue. This notice must be given in writing to Stephanie Tennyson, the Administrative Director.
